Georgia’s scientific marijuana program aloof bogged down

ATLANTA – Georgia lawmakers expressed frustration Thursday that the advise’s scientific marijuana program has but to yield a drop of hashish oil nine months after Gov. Brian Kemp announced a understanding to interrupt a logjam of complaints.
