After Packers linebacker Quay Walker got his second ejection of the season Sunday night, this time for shoving a Lions athletic coach within the fourth quarter, he tweeted an apology for his actions within the aftermath of the incident.
“I get to verbalize regret publicly about what took place Sunday night,” Walker tweeted Monday morning. “I reacted off of my emotions all any other time and take chubby accountability of constructing one other slow decision. Since then I’ve wondered myself on why did I invent what I did when the coach used to be doing his job!! I was inferior!!”
Walker added in a separate tweet that he “understands” that he has to manage with the ramifications of his decision.
The Packers rookie’s second ejection comes after he acquired into a shoving match with a Bills staffer on the sideline all thru a sport in October. Walker used to be ejected from that sport after receiving an unsportsmanlike habits penalty.
There doubtless will doubtless be self-discipline from the league in regard to Walker’s on-field habits on Sunday night.
